Delivery Information

We know how important it is to receive your parcels quickly & so we aim to dispatch all orders received by 11.00 am (GMT) on the same day, Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays.

We offer three types of UK delivery with Royal Mail:
- Standard (*estimated* 2-4 working days)
- Tracked 24 (*estimated* 1 working day)
- Special Delivery before 1pm (next working day before 1pm)

For international deliveries, we ship with Royal Mail International Tracked (*estimated* 5-10 working days)

We also offer free local collection from our West London studio in Chiswick.

Please note that the Standard delivery is not a guaranteed service. If you require a tracked or guaranteed service, please choose a tracked option. For next day UK Saturday deliveries, please choose ‘Special Delivery before 1pm’.

Delivery charges depend on the delivery option you choose, the weight of your order & the shipping address.

UK Standard between £2.50 & £5.95
UK Tracked 24 between £5.95 & £7.95
UK Special Delivery £9.95
Rest of World between £12.95 & £24.95
